Custom & Personalized Items

Handcrafted items—including custom graduation money leis with specific color, ribbon, or cash requests—are strictly made-to-order and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
 

Partnership Layaway Orders & Deposits

For customers utilizing our active school partnership layaway option, the initial deposit (15% or $15, whichever is greater) is non-refundable. Once fulfillment, material preparation, or assembly begins, all remaining balances and completed custom designs become non-refundable.
 

Standard In-House Payment Plans

For standard retail orders placed outside of a school partnership, the required tier-based deposit and the flat Payment Plan Fee are strictly non-refundable and apply to the total cost of the order.
 

Financial Disclaimers

The face value of currency included in cash-based products is strictly handled as part of a custom order transaction and cannot be refunded or exchanged once assembly begins.
